Launch Begins in South Florida - Ground Zero for Motivated Sellers - to be Followed By National Rollout During 2007

MIAMI, Oct. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Motivated Seller, LLC has announced the national introduction of it's online listing service, www.motivatedusa.com, exclusively targeted toward sellers and buyers of "gotta-sell" real estate.

Motivated Seller Network acts as a matchmaker service between highly motivated sellers of real estate and active buyers. For a flat monthly fee of $69.00, sellers are able to list their property, complete with descriptions and photos, to be seen by a target consisting of motivated buyers. There are no additional commissions or fees linked to the sale of property. The site is free for prospective buyers, who are able to search the site for the hottest deals and directly contact the seller to start a transaction.

"All the data we're seeing confirms a cooling off period in the real estate market," said Dirk Saecker, a real estate professional and one of the founders of MSN.
