Diane Buechler, of Aventura-based Ocean View Int'l Realty, has listed a Portofino Shores Home in Port St. Lucie on a new Web site called motivatedusa.com, which charges a flat monthly fee of $69.

Motivated Seller Network acts as a matchmaker service between highly motivated sellers and active buyers. The sellers can list their property complete with descriptions and photos. The site is free for prospective buyers, who are able to search the site and directly contact the seller to start a transaction.
