Motivated Seller Network acts as a matchmaker service between highly motivated sellers of real estate and active buyers. For a flat monthly fee of $69.00, sellers are able to list their property, complete with descriptions and photos, to be seen by a target consisting of motivated buyers. There are no additional commissions or fees linked to the sale of property. The site is free for prospective buyers, who are able to search the site for the hottest deals and directly contact the seller to start a transaction.
